Stylized pet for game Potent Rodent

For the Ubisoft competition 2021, I had to create playable characters that could easily be deformed and animated. I modelled the character from a sphere in zbrush, topologized and UV unwrapped in Maya. Textured in substance painter by hand. With the limited amount of time due to it being a competition, it was a good challenge to create a character in as little as two weeks from start to finish. The inspiration for the character came from fat hamsters on youtube as well as thinking of a bouncy ball for the general shape.
